Books

I love sci-fi, fantasy and horror, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter are among my favorites. Dean Koontz and Stephen King are two of my favorite authors, rarely do they write a book that I do not enjoy. Odd Thomas is my favorite by Koontz and The Green Mile and IT by King. Recently, I started reading Neil Gaiman and Scott Westerfeld and so far I’ve liked everything I have read of theirs. Outside of the sci-fi world, I love anything by LM Montgomery (Anne of Green Gables), Sophie Kinsella, Kate Morton and of course, Jane Austin. If I had to pick a favorite book, it would be a tie between Lonesome Dove and Gone with the wind, two books that I read when I was young and many times since.

Movies

I love big epic adventure movies, like Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings, The Mummy, and Lonesome Dove. Comic book movies are great too, Spiderman, Ironman, The Dark Knight and the Incredibles are my favorites. And I love the movie versions of Gone with the Wind, Anne of Green Gables and Pride and Prejudice. The first two Terminators were favorites when I was younger (I still love them) and are probably why I love sci-fi so much. I credit the Wizard of Oz for my love of Fantasy. Recent movies that I really enjoyed are: Zombieland, Sherlock Holmes, and Star Trek.

TV Shows:

My current favorites are Supernatural, and The Big Bang Theory. Justified and Glee have potential and will hopefully stay as entertaining as they have been. Some of my all time faves are: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Charmed, Prison Break, Seinfeld, and King of the Hill.

Music:

I mostly listen to country. George Strait, Dwight Yoakam, Brad Paisley, Gary Allan, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton and Carrie Underwood are who I listen to most. Outside of country I like anything by Aerosmith, CCR, Pink, Black Eyed Peas, Nickelback, No Doubt, Jason Mraz and Matchbox20.

Games:

Recently, I started playing computer games. I really enjoy the Nancy Drew adventure games and Mortimer Beckett hidden object games. And I love the Brain Age games for Nintendo DS.
